Dr. Pavan Mamidi is a senior advisor in policy and used Behavioural science, with a passion for debunking complicated concepts for management and policy students.

As Director of CSBC, he works together with NITI Aayog and led the creation of India's very first Nudge Unit, together with Behavioural Insights Units in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
